RULES
The Sandy Beach Park Club has rules and regulations in place to help ensure the safe enjoyment of the park and provide a family-friendly experience for everyone. Behavior not in accordance with these established rules can result in the revocation of membership privileges at the discretion of the Board of Directors. It is each member’s responsibility to know and follow the rules and regulations.

The park cannot be used until membership dues are paid in full

An adult Member must accompany guests at all times

A non-member resident of Sandy Beach is not eligible to use the park as a guest of a Member

Large group events numbering more than 10 require request in writing (Shelter reservation form)

All watercraft are strictly prohibited in the swimming area

Swimming is strictly prohibited in the boat launch and docking areas

Swimming is at your own risk

Climbing on the rocks or within the living shoreline habitat areas is prohibited.

The park closes at 11pm for persons under the age of 18 unless accompanied by an adult

No person under the age of 18 is permitted on the boat dock without an adult

Children ages 12 and under must wear a life jacket on the boat dock and be accompanied by an adult

Children under 14 years of age must have an adult 16 yrs. or older accompanying them at the park

No fishing is allowed in the swim area or from the swim dock

Dogs are only allowed in the boat launch area. Dogs are strictly prohibited on the beach. Dogs should be leashed. Pet owners are required to clean up after their pets

No bicycles on docks, boat ramp or in swim area. No inline skating

No fireworks of any kind

No glass containers of any kind are allowed in the park

Use of boat launch or boat dock is prohibited without paid use privileges and verification of insurance
